I don’t know what sort of system I need?

We can offer you the benefit of our experience in suggesting a system to suit your needs. A survey visit is free and you will not be under any pressure whatsoever. A quotation will be prepared and sent to you promptly after our visit.

How do I know I will get a reliable system?

We are approved by the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB), are UKAS Accredited, Police listed, Insurance approved and have fire extinguisher technicians trained to meet BS 5306-3/8 Standards. Equipment used is from industry leading brands and all our engineers have many years experience in the security industry.

Will I own my system?

Yes, once paid for your system is owned outright by you.

Does my system have any back-up in the event of a power failure?

Both intruder and fire alarm systems have rechargeable battery backup, which on average usually last for up to 8 hours for intruder alarms and 12 hours for fire.

What do I do if I have a problem with the system?

Contact our office and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We offer a 24/7 service for clients holding a maintenance contract with us.

Can I add additional equipment to my system at a later date?

Yes, you can usually add additional devices but you would need to call us so we can assess your requirements and advise accordingly.
